The basic outline is this:
Every week, we rank the MVP, CY Young, and Rookie of Year (rotating between American and National League each week) candidates 1-3, with 1 being the best and 3 being the worst.
In summary, we are voting for the Cy Young, Most Valuable Player, and Rookie of the Year were taken after week x, who your votes would go to.
