- Being here in the Carolinas, we can’t really say that Baltimore or Washington is in our backyard. But, we are inexplicably blacked out on ALL games on MLB.tv and MLB Extra Innings. There is a true dissatisfacion over MLB.tv blackout rules , that is more than just me. [H/T Fangbites]
