The Baseball writers have picked the right people as Rookie of the Year winners in Geo Soto and Evan Longoria. However. it seems some writers who are part of the voting need a refresher on who is eligible to vote for. The Reds pitcher Edinson Volquez recieved votes even though he is not Rookie eligible.
